How should we carry out air compressor maintenance

How should the maintenance of the entire industrial air compressor machine be done? Generally speaking, our daily maintenance is mainly carried out from the following 6 points.

1) Regularly check the combined transmission system of the industrial air compressor and water pump. If it is a gear drive, add lubricating oil in the gearbox to check the gear meshing state; if it is a toothed belt drive, check the tension and wear of the belt, and replace the toothed belt if necessary.

2) Regularly check the air filter of the industrial air compressor, clean the filter element with compressed air, and replace the filter element if necessary.

3) Regularly check the oil level of the air compressor lubricating oil tank, add lubricating oil to the highest oil level, and replace the lubricating oil regularly.

4) Regularly check the air compressor lubricating oil filter and replace it if necessary.

5) Regularly check the oil and gas separator of the air compressor, clean up the internal impurities, and replace the filter element of the separator if necessary.

6) Regularly check the working state of the air pressure relief valve of the air compressor to ensure overpressure relief.
